Deltron 3030 - 3030

Rediscovered this track recently. Love the drop and the overall feeling Deltron creates of humanity’s dystopian 3030.

This is beyond amazing. One of my goals in life is to work on a wall this large too, even if it’s gonna be my living room wall in the sometime future.

Daft Punk - The Game Has Changed
Tron Legacy: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack

I cannot wait to see TRON Legacy on Friday. I’ll admit, I have really no idea what the film is about besides that its going with the whole future-y theme. But, what I do know is that Daft Punk’s work on the original soundtrack is absolutely incredible. I just went through my first listen of the TRON soundtrack and I can tell you that going to a theater and listening to this soundtrack surround sound while watching some crazy futuristic visuals on a huge screen is well worth my time and money. We all know Daft Punk are pioneers of the house movement, but creating the original score of a feature length blockbuster is a new frontier, and Daft Punk do not disappoint. The game has changed indeed.
Naked, you are simple as one of your hands,
smooth, earthy, small, transparent, round:
you have moon-lines, apple-pathways:
naked, you are slender as a naked grain of wheat.
Naked, you are blue as a night in Cuba;
you have vines and stars in your hair;
naked you are spacious and yellow
as summer in a golden church.
Naked, you are tiny as one of your nails -
curved, subtle, rosy, till the day is born
and you withdraw to the underground world,
as if down a long tunnel of clothing and of chores:
your clear light dims, gets dressed - drops its leaves -
and becomes a naked hand again.
